I don’t care that much for Moe’s food, but I do love their restaurant.  The laid back and hip atmosphere makes Moe’s a fun place and I’ll bet it can be attributed to their success.  Last year I worked accross the street from a Moe’s restaurant and we would go several times per week.  I loved it when the employees yelled “Welcome to Moes!” as we walked in the door.  The food was so so, but the atmosphere was perfect.
