		<description>I agree. Bad service is the main reason I don't go to McDonald's very often. But they won't likely change. When a company becomes that large and continues to make steady profits on ever increasing sales, they become deaf to any suggestions for improvements. Basically, if it's not their idea, they aren't listening.</description>

Thanks for commenting but McDonalds can afford to pay more.  This works because you hire fewer employees and pay the employees you have more money.  Instead of having 20 employees at min. wage that stand around you can pay 15 more (from the same salary pool) money and get better results.  
You won't attract good, long-term employees with low pay.</description>
