The owners are not always there but there are other obstacles that are also urking the owners like having to keep a staff longer, dealing with crime, drunks at bar closings, and other hassels of late nights. Some BKs are open 24 hours but that is probably their personal decision to do so. I think the biggest issue is that it's being forced. Good catch Phill.
